A flawless floor starts with the right foundation. Our professional Floor Preparation & Screeding services ensure your surface is level, stable, and ready for the perfect flooring finish. Whether you’re installing vinyl, LVT, laminate, safety flooring, or carpet, proper preparation is essential for long-lasting results.
We provide expert subfloor solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects of all sizes.
Even the highest-quality flooring can fail if the subfloor isn’t properly prepared. Uneven, damaged, or damp surfaces can lead to:
Premature wear and tear
Cracking or lifting
Uneven finishes
Adhesive failure
Reduced lifespan of your flooring
Our preparation process eliminates these risks, ensuring a smooth and durable base.
We assess moisture levels, structural integrity, and surface condition before recommending the right solution.
We use high-quality self-levelling compounds to create a perfectly smooth and even surface.
Professional screed application to provide a solid, level base for all types of flooring.
Protection against moisture issues that can damage flooring over time.
Crack repairs, patching, and reinforcement where needed.
Screeding involves applying a layer of material (usually sand and cement or liquid screed) over a subfloor to create a smooth, level surface. It improves durability, enhances load-bearing strength, and ensures a professional finish once your final flooring is installed.
Screeding is essential for:
New builds
